Chocolate Eclair - from Nancy

My sister-in-law brought this tantalizing treat to our Memorial Day family get-together! You'll be hooked after only one bite!

1/2 cup butter
1 cup hot water
1 cup flour
4 eggs

Bring water and butter to a boil. Add flour and stir into a ball. Remove from heat and stir in eggs, one at a time. Spread in jelly roll pan. Bake at 400* for 20-30 min.

2 sm or 1 lg pkg. instant vanilla pudding
3 cups milk
8 oz. cream cheese

Beat pudding and milk together. Add cream cheese. Pour over crust. Make sure crust is cool. Beat 1 1/2 pints whipping cream, sweeten and spread over pudding.

1/2 cup chocolate chips
2 Tbs. butter
3 Tbs. milk
1 cup powdered sugar

Melt chips, butter and milk together. Add powdered sugar and drizzle over whipping cream. Chill in refrigerator until ready to serve.
