Waffles

I found this recipe on the Internet...If you want AMAZING waffles, made from scratch, try these!

1 3/4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 TB. sugar
3 eggs
7 TB. vegetable oil
1 1/2 c. milk

Preheat the waffle iron. Put the dry ingredients in a medium sized bowl. Add the eggs, oil, and milk to the dry ingredients. Beat until there are no lumps in the batter. Pour about 1/2 cup of batter into a 9-inch greased waffle iron (the batter goes a LONG way). This recipe makes about eight 9 inch waffles or 9-10 8 inch waffles.
