Mema's Hot Fudge Sauce - posted by Melissa

This is SOOO delicious--it's Natalie's favorite! It's hard to wait for the ice cream and not eat the hot fudge sauce plain!

1 can evaporated milk
1/8 c. butter (1/4 cube)
1 1/2 TB. flour
2 1/2 TB. cocoa
2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine ingredients, except the vanilla into saucepan. Cook over medium heat for 5 min., stirring constantly with a wire whisk. Mixture will thicken slightly. Take pan off the heat and stir in vanilla.
