I got these recipes from my friend, Kristy. They taste just like the real deal from Winger's!

1 pkg. Oreos - crushed (reserve 1 c.)
6 TB. butter, melted

Mix together and press into bottom of greased 9" x 13" pan.

1/2 gallon carton mint chocolate chip ice cream
Caramel topping

Soften ice cream. Smooth over Oreo crust. Sprinkle reserved crushed Oreos on top. Drizzle caramel topping over top. Freeze for 3 hours. Top with whipped cream. Drizzle more caramel over the top.

To make Concrete Pie, follow the directions above, except use vanilla ice cream, instead of mint chocolate chip. Use a jar of hot fudge sauce, instead of caramel topping (I like to use Mema's Hot Fudge Sauce - see recipe below).
