Mema's Mashed Potatoes

This is Mema's famous potato recipe. These are absolutely delicious--people who taste them always ask for the recipe!

1 c. sour cream
1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 - 3/4 TB. salt
6 TB. butter, melted
Sprinkle minced onions

Boil 10 peeled potatoes. Mash. Add salt and minced onions. Add sour cream, cream cheese, and 3 TB. of the melted butter. Mix until light and fluffy. Place in greased, covered 9 x 13" pan and bake at 350 degrees for approximately 40 min. Uncover and pour remaining melted butter on top.
